You may expense any travel necessary to get you to New Orleans from your prior destination. This includes 1 round trip coach flight (into and out of New Orleans). Please use the Uber vouchers that will be provided to and from the airport (see Ground Transportation on the Transportation Page).

Any food/beverage or travel purchased outside of the planned Learning.com events (i.e. bars) is not eligible for reimbursement.

If you are traveling during mealtimes, you can expense the cost of your meal. This includes airport and in-flight food purchases. 

We’re delighted that you’re considering bringing someone along for the extended duration of the Summit. However, please be aware that our sessions and events are exclusive to members of our organization. This means that while you’re welcome to have companions join you during your extended stay, they will not be permitted to attend any of the official sessions or events. Additionally, it’s important to note that attendance at all sessions and events is mandatory for our organization’s members.

We are encouraging the most economical way to travel to the 2025 Summit. Please consult our T&E Policy for details on reimbursement for auto expenses. Parking at the hotel is $48/night plus tax, but because of limited space in the French Quarter, isn’t always guaranteed. We’d encourage you to fly in and take an Uber to and from the airport. 

Generally speaking, keep it smart casual (jeans without holes are just fine!) and remember to pack comfortable shoes. Wednesday night’s Awards Banquet is your opportunity to dress up a bit – elegant cocktail attire or something similar.
